We offer a variety of massages, facials, scrubs, and wraps but our standout treatment is the Sulphur Mud Experience. This is an exclusively outdoor treatment on location at St. Lucia's famous Sulphur Springs. How a Sulphur Springs Mud Treatment Ladera Resort Works One of our professional therapists will accompany you to Sulphur Springs, the world's only drive-in volcano, a mere five minutes from Ladera Resort. When you arrive, please take a dip in one of nature's largest hot tubs! Fair warning though, the sulphur smell can be off-putting but the therapeutic minerals and salts in the water are worth it. The therapist will apply the rich, black volcanic mud to your body (and face, if desired) and will work its magic while you relax. Your skin will tingle as dead skin cells are scrubbed away along with stress, fatigue, and even swollen joints. Run your hands along your body upon treatment end to feel the silky smoothness of your skin now hydrated and nourished. You are certain to leave Sulphur Springs relaxed yet energized for the rest of your vacation. Tip for Scheduling a Visit to The Spa at Ladera Reservations are recommended for all spa treatments but specifically for the Sulphur Mud Treatment, you will need to book your spot at least eight hours in advance. Wear a dark swimsuit or one that is not as precious. How The Sulphur Mud Treatment at The Spa Enhances Your Well-Being Taking the time to relax and care for yourself boosts your spirit. The mud treatment allows you to have some down time during your Caribbean island getaway.
