Please arrive at the The Spa at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to check and prepare for your service.
In accordance with the International Spa Industry Standards, certain medical conditions may prohibit the use of some treatments. Hence, all guests are required to fill out a medical questionnaire (provided by a spa representative). If you have any questions regarding treatments, please do not hesitate to contact the Spa Manager.
Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry to The Spa. We recommend that you secure valuables in the safe provided for you in your suite. The spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility.
We encourage you to make your spa appointments at least 8 hours in advance, but walk in appointments are also welcome, subject to availability.
Spa treatments are reserved for you. For regular treatments, we require notification at least 5 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. For spa packages, we require at least 24 hours notification. Otherwise, 100% of the value of the service will be charged to your room.
There is a 10% service charge and 8% Government tax added to the price list. Prices are subject to change without notice.
