Rates  

Rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on single/double occupancy per night (except packages). They are subject to a 10% service charge and 10% Vat. Rates include full use of resort facilities, fitness center, use of warm volcanic mineral water bath, complimentary scheduled beach shuttle, use of snorkeling equipment and high speed Wi-Fi access throughout resort. Rates and Packages are subject to change.

Please be advised that all citizens of the United States are required to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity in order to gain entry into Saint Lucia. Contact your travel advisor if you are unsure of validity requirements.

Reservation Deposit  

A 3-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation at the time of booking.

Credit Card Alternatives  

Ladera accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Meal Plans  

The Purchase of a meal plan is for bookings made for three (3) consecutive days or more.

All-inclusive plan - $468.00 per couple per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. Supplement includes: Full breakfast lunch, dinner, beverages including house brand by the glass (bottled wine and champagne not included)

MAP/Dinner Supplement - $288.00 per couple per night inclusive of taxes and service charges.

FAP/Lunch and Dinner Supplement - $372.00 per couple per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. Includes a three course dinner excluding alcohol

*A surcharge of $20 will apply for lobsters per person

*Additional tray charge of $10 will apply per room service orders


 

Cancellations  

A deposit of 3-nights for the room plus taxes will be charged at the time of the reservation including the total amount for any meal plans purchased. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. Hence, all reservations must be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. Deposits on reservations cancelled within 21 days or less are Non-refundable.

Festive Season Bookings: Special conditions apply. A non-refundable 3 night deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment must be received no later than September 30th and is non-refundable. No shows or Cancelled Reservations after September 30th will result in loss of full payment. 

We do recommend that you secure your travel arrangements with a sound and suitable travel insurance policy at the time of reservation.

HURRICANE POLICY

The following is the Hurricane Policy for Ladera valid through November 30th, 2014.

In the event of an official evacuation order, Ladera will not penalize any guest for any unused nights.

In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the island of St. Lucia, Ladera will waive the cancellation penalty and either refund the full deposit, or change the reservation to a future date.
