Additional Details
Rates 
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on single/double occupancy per night (except packages). They are subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Rates include continental breakfast, afternoon tea, full use of resort facilities, fitness center, use of warm volcanic mineral water bath, complimentary scheduled beach shuttle, use of snorkeling equipment and high speed Wi-Fi access throughout resort. Rates and Packages are subject to change.
Reservation Deposit
A 3-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.
Credit Card Alternatives
Ladera accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Minimum Stay Requirements
All categories have a 5-night minimum stay for arrivals between December 21, 2010 and January 2, 2011. There is a 3-night minimum stay for arrivals between January 3 – April 9, 2011.
Meal Plans
For all-inclusive, supplement $175 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. Includes 3 meals per day, afternoon tea, all beverages, including house brand alcohol by the glass (bottled wines and champagne not included). For lunch and dinner only, supplement US $125 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. For dinner only, supplement US $70 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. Meal plans are available for purchase on property only and for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. (Prices subject to change without notice).
Children
Children and young adults (ages 13 – 17) are welcome year-round. There will be an extra charge of $125 plus a 10% service charge and 8% government tax per child or young adult, per night.
Children over the age of 5 are also welcome at Ladera during the following dates:
- December 21, 2010 – January 2, 2011
- April 15 – 24, 2011
Please note that families traveling with children and/or young adults are only able to stay in the Two Bedroom Villa.
Cancellations
In order to avoid a 3-night cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival date for January 5 – April 9, 2012 & 14 days prior to arrival date for April 10 – December 21, 2012.
Christmas /New Years cancellation policy for December 22nd, 2012 – January 2nd, 2013: Cancellations after November 1st,2012 or No-Shows will not be refunded.
For guests departing prior to their departure date, Ladera reserves the right to charge an early departure fee equal to three nights of accommodation.
Airport Transfers

Hurricane Policy
The following is the Hurricane Policy for Ladera valid through November 30th, 2012.
In the event of an official evacuation order, Ladera will not penalize any guest for any unused nights and will also present a voucher valid for a future stay for the same number of nights that the original reservation was for (with a maximum of 7 nights), i.e. you book a 7 night stay and evacuate on day 4. You will not have to pay for the additional nights of your stay and you will be presented with a voucher for a 7 night future stay.
In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of St. Lucia, Ladera will waive the cancellation penalty and either refund the full deposit, or change the reservation to a future date.
