Rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on single/double occupancy per night (except packages). They are subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Rates include breakfast, afternoon tea, full use of resort facilities, gym, use of warm volcanic mineral water bath, complimentary scheduled beach shuttle, use of snorkeling equipment and Wi-Fi access throughout resort. Rates and Packages are subject to change.

A 3-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.

Ladera accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

All categories have a 5-night minimum stay for arrivals between December 21, 2009 and January 4, 2010. There is a 3-night minimum stay for arrivals between January 5 – April 4, 2010, except Hilltop Dream Suites which have a 5-night minimum stay.

For all-inclusive, supplement $150 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. Includes 3 meals per day, afternoon tea, all beverages, including house brand alcohol by the glass (bottled wines and champagne not included). For lunch and dinner only, supplement US $100 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. Meal plans are available for purchase on property only and for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. (Prices subject to change without notice).

Children and young adults (ages 10 - 17) are welcome year-round. There will be an extra charge of $125 plus a 10% service charge and 8% government tax per child or young adult, per night.

Children over the age of 5 are also welcome at Ladera during the following dates:

• December 21, 2009 – January 4, 2010
• February 12 – 21, 2010
• March 26 - April 4, 2010

Please note that families traveling with children and/or young adults are only able to stay in the Two Bedroom Villa.

In order to avoid a 3-night cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival date for January 5 – April 4, 2010 & 14 days prior to arrival date for April 5 – December 20, 2010.

For guests departing prior to their departure date, Ladera reserves the right to charge an early departure fee equal to three nights of accommodation.

Airport transfers are arranged by Ladera at the following rates:

• GFL Charles Airport (SLU) to/from Ladera @ US $100 per couple, one way.
• Hewanorra Airport (UVF) to/from Ladera @ $90 per couple, one way.
• Daylight water taxi transfer from GFL Charles Airport to/from Ladera @ $200 per couple, one way. Please note that the water taxi must be arranged in advance.
